Theodore P. Werblin, M.D.
Dr. Werblin was educated and received an AB at Princeton University, his MD and PhD from New York University. He has completed Internship and Residences at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City, and the Johns Hopkins University at Baltimore Maryland. He also completed a research fellowship at the National Institutes of Health at Bethesda Maryland and a fellowship in Cornea and External Disease at Louisiana State University in New Orleans.
Dr. Werblin has been certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners, the American Board of Internal Medicine, and the American Board of Ophthalmology. He is licensed to practice Ophthalmology in 5 states, and has practiced in West Virginia since 1981.
In addition to his current role as founding Ophthalmologist of the Werblin Center, Dr Werblin also serves as Clinical Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Virginia, Charlottesville.
